my lead told me that he enjoyed his so much over the past 6 years. the movement and weight of the belt was a huge factor. the shoulder straps are kinda comfy and built pretty well, nice stitching and tough materials make work easier . i would swap out the 1000 pocket tool organizer for another deep 4- 6 pocket just like the opposite side. things seem to slip and fall to the bottom alot. you could have sworn you packed 4 sharpies just to find them at the bottom of the tool organizer maze of where to stick my hand. but overall 4.5 rounded up to 5 .
